Mr. Chakravarthy was very professional, thorough and showed me how to build a good rapport with patients. He also made sure to include me in each stage of the consultation, by explaining complex cases to me, and guiding me through how procedures are performed.

Kalyan was very attentive to the patients, firstly explaining how the procedure would be conducted and also talking the patient through each step of the procedure.
