Professional Experience Dr Chakravarthy is a highly skilled and experienced ENT Head and Neck Surgeon who also has worked and is well grounded in other allied surgical specialties with experience in Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Vascular and General Surgery. His surgical training in the formative years was under a renowned Plastic Surgeon and it is not surprising that his area of specialization is Rhinology and Facial Plastics. He had been under the tutelage of an excellent Ear Surgeon during his early years; He had been ENT lead on the Steering committee to deal with Airway management in the Countess of Chester Hospital and also the Tracheostomy Lead for the Hospital. He also worked at a Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead a renowned Specialist NHS hospital for Reconstructive Surgery and a center of excellence with an international reputation for pioneering advanced techniques and treatments. He also honed his surgical skills in hospitals which were the Regional centers for Cochlear implant and Bone anchored Hearing Aid implant surgery, Oncology dealing with Free Flap vascular reconstructions for Head and Neck cancers and Salivary Gland surgery, Sleep disorders, Vestibular disorders, Phono-surgery/ Laryngology and Paediatric ENT.
